I came away with my first win of the past two years! I'm finally feeling healthy and getting back on track after a bit of over-training. Too much of a good thing I guess... I had a great time as a guide for blind athlete extraordinare Aaron Scheidies at the HyVee race in Iowa. We ended up finishing 9th overall!!! Aaron is definitely as fast or faster than some of the guys toeing the line on the pro field! You can learn more about Aaron at www.cdifferentwithaaron.com

I'm back on track after a solid race on the second stop of the Rev3 series. The killer hills got me on the bike, but I was able to put together a solid swim and run for a respectable 12th place finish. Check out a recap on the race reports page.
